Caleb started PIH after seeing a need in the marketplace to provide a better experience for the policyholders. Many of the policyholders are being treated as if they are just numbers on a screen, and not families who need temporary housing during the difficult situation. Therefore, the PIH motto is to always treat the policyholders like family and not just as numbers. PIH wants. to make the experience for each and every person as easy and stress-free as possible.
in his free time, he likes to spend time with his family, cycle, and play with his adorable white Maltese puppy!
Housing Liaison Specialist
Jessica is someone who wants to help others always. She has first-hand experience on what it feels like to lose a home. Her family home was destroyed in 2013 by a tornado, and a few years after that, her in-laws lost their house due to a fire accident in 2018. With her personal experience and knowledge in this field, she will always work hard for all her policy-holders to get the help they need in tough situations.
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her family and friends. Her hobbies include hiking, camping, disc golfing, and kayaking. If she's not outdoors, you can find her indoors spending more family time or spoiling her dog and cat!
