Saving you time, reducing Additional Living Expenses (ALE) and enhancing your service to the insured are the benefits that PIH will bring to your claim. We have raised the bar in the temporary housing industry by focusing exclusively on serving the needs of the adjuster in meeting the housing requirements of their displaced policyholder. Our insight and appreciation for the unique needs of both parties enable us to provide you and your policyholder with the optimal housing solution whatever the situation – the solution that’s both convenient and appropriate for your policyholder, and cost-efficient for your company.
Founder & CEO
Caleb started PIH after seeing a need in the marketplace to provide a better experience for the policyholders. Many of the policyholders are being treated as if they are just numbers on a screen, and not families who need temporary housing during the difficult situation. Therefore, the PIH motto is to always treat the policyholders like family and not just as numbers. PIH wants. to make the experience for each and every person as easy and stress-free as possible.
